This was a great cover, and a great costume. I just realized that I should have waited to post this until the release of The Flash: Rebirth #6, when we'll all get to see what Wally's newest costume looks like.
I second that, Anonymous. A lot of great stories were cranked out during the early run of Wally's solo career, and it would be nice to see some of them collected in TPB instead of a multi-Flash collection. 1990-91 was a fantastic year for the Flash: TV show, Wally's new suit, and the scientist in that issue that never wiped his runny nose.

This was my favorite cover back in the day. I absolutely loved the new costume (still do). Nobody got it right like Larocque!

I really wish they'd collect the earlier Wally West issues in TPB format.
