Was Ty the one that passed away? There was an artist from the 90's who drew in that style, and became pretty popular, who passed away.
That whole saga - covers and all - was the highlight of my FLASH collecting. What a great story. Greg's art was beyond anything he'd ever done at that point.
Even thought I don't collect anymore, I still break those out every once and a while to drool.

Still my favorite Flash storyline ever. And the ending of this issue was a kicker.
It was Mike Parobeck that passed away. Ty Templeton is still alive.
