Interesting choice for the cover. Not only is it done by 'Ringo (who sadly passed away a week ago) but it was also an issue that featured Wally's return as the main star of the book after having been absent in Keystone City for a while (not unlike this month's current issue).

Ringo was awesome! Nice choice.
I just discovered this place. It's a great site and blog and this is one of my favorite Flash covers. I wish there was a poster of this one.
