Amen to that, Kent. It's one of the reasons I love this cover. There are only a couple of Jay Garrick dedicated covers from The Flash's second volume but I love seeing him get the spotlight now and again.
Plus, as Kelson pointed out, I thought that now was the perfect moment to post a zombified classic cover like this! Though, perhaps I should have restrained myself until the Flash's own Blackest Night tie-in debuts?
