I never got into IMPULSE b/c of the art. Always seemed like a mistake b/c I love the Max Mercury character. This, however, is a good example of why I never picked it up.
At the very least, with such a cover, it warrants a second look when you see it on the shelf at your favorite retailer...Cheers!Steven G. WillisXOWComics.com
