Isn't this the one where Johnny Quick enters the Speed Force? Or was that issue 10?I never got into IMPULSE. The cartoon-ish art kept me away.
You've got it! This is, in fact, the issue in which Johnny Quick merged with the speed force. Impulse was a great series, particularly if you like the character and enjoyed Waid's work on The Flash.
